Hello everyone! Well I finally finished Clockwork Angel! I found it hard to get going with this book. Anyone else share my feelings? It might be because I started it at the end of the school year so all I really wanted to do was sleep and enjoy no school! But once I got into it, it was FANTASTIC! I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who has read The Mortal Instruments series. My rating? ***** (five stars)
I have been so in love with Jace and Clary from TMI, but now... I am so absorbed in their ancestors' story! I firmly ship Will and Tessa (Wessa). Right from the get go when I opened this book I was firmly set in this OTP. Don't ask me why. Jem is perfectly nice and sweet, and to be honest, 90% of the time he is the one being wonderful to Tessa.
Then why do I love Will so much?
Perhaps because he is so stunningly like Jace (and who am I kidding, Jace is AMAZING). I checked out the Shadowhunter Wiki (btw definately check that out! It is wonderful!) and I discovered that Will is Jace's great great great grandfather. Wooo!!!
But anyway, I love love LOVE Will! He has this extremely annoying habit (as does Jace) for punishing himself and not allowing himself to have anything good (Tessa, or Clary in Jace's case). I mean COME ON WILL. He kisses Tessa and it's all full of feels and then BAM! He shoves her back and yells at her to leave him alone. What the heck? You were the one that kissed her, buddy! He is VERY bipolar.
I believe that he has a curse on him... Something to do with loving or being loved, so he doesn't want Tessa to love him.. or he doesn't want to love Tessa... not sure. But (**SPOILER ALERT**) I did spoil myself and I found out that the curse actually isn't real. Isn't that correct? And then Tessa goes and marries Jem... *throws hands in the air*
Well I know Tessa and Will have a baby.. SO I AM HAPPY. Ha that happens in Clockwork Princess. I am terrrible at reviews and spoiling myself! PEACE
